The act of meditating has become a vital practice in my life in assisting to lessen feelings of overwhelm and helping greatly in bringing me back to a sense of focus, balance and calm.
With this knowledge, I feel compelled to create work that is inspired by the practice.
My hope is that when you observe or interact with my work, you may stop and take a moment out of your day and perhaps experience a sense of calm.

Items are sent via Australia Post at a flat rate of $9.30 alternatively they can
be sent via express post if you require a more speedy delivery.
You will be emailed a tracking number when your item has been dispatched.
There is also a Local Pickup option for those wanting to collect their purchase from
studio 242 at The Salamanca Arts Centre.

If you receive an item in a damaged condition or is deemed faulty by me,
